Evollabs Tech Brings Global Team Together for First All-Hands Corporate Event

Evollabs Tech FZ-LLC recently hosted its first full-company corporate event at Dubai Internet City, bringing together on-site staff and remote engineers from multiple countries for two days of collaboration, strategy, and team-building. Many team members flew in specifically for the event, meeting colleagues in person for the first time after years of working together remotely.

Founder Sets the Vision for Growth

The event opened at the DIC conference hall with a keynote address from the founder of Evollabs Tech, who presented the company’s current activities, core focus areas, and strategic direction. He shared plans for future expansion, new markets, and growth in both headcount and capabilities, emphasizing Evollabs’ ambition to become a reference point in advanced networking, AI infrastructure, and high-performance computing solutions.

The founder also highlighted the importance of culture, trust, and long-term partnerships, underlining that the company’s success is built on the expertise and dedication of its distributed engineering and operations teams.

Spotlight on Axiom X and Evollabs’ AI Chip Roadmap

Following the opening keynote, the principal architect and team leader of the Axiom X project took the stage to present one of Evollabs’ most ambitious initiatives: the development of the company’s own AI chip. The session walked the audience through the project’s vision, technical challenges, and roadmap, outlining how Axiom X aims to position Evollabs at the forefront of AI hardware and systems integration.

The presentation explored the potential impact of the project on data centers, AI workloads, and future products, giving the team a clear view of how their work connects to a broader, long-term innovation strategy.

Networking Technology: Achievements and the Road Ahead

The technical program continued with a talk from Evollabs’ CTO, who leads the networking development team. His session reviewed the company’s achievements to date in disaggregated networking, open platforms, and cloud-native infrastructure, showcasing key milestones and successful deployments.

He then outlined the future roadmap for the networking organization, including upcoming features, new product lines, and deeper integration with the company’s AI and HPC initiatives. The talk reinforced Evollabs’ commitment to building robust, vendor-agnostic solutions that serve operators, enterprises, and partners worldwide.

From Conference Hall to Dinner Table

After the conference sessions concluded, the team moved to a local restaurant for an evening dinner, giving colleagues the chance to connect informally, share experiences, and strengthen relationships beyond day-to-day project work. For many of the remote engineers, it was the first opportunity to sit face-to-face with colleagues they had only known via screens.

The relaxed setting helped bridge distances and time zones, turning long-standing virtual collaborations into real-world connections.

A Day in the Desert: Team-Building in True UAE Style

On the following day, the event continued with a full day in the desert, bringing the entire team together for outdoor activities and shared experiences. The program included sand buggies, sandboarding, and other desert adventures, encouraging collaboration, trust, and teamwork in a completely different environment.

The day wrapped up with dinner in a desert setting, offering a memorable backdrop for conversations about the company’s future, personal journeys, and the shared mission that connects the Evollabs team.

A Milestone for Culture and Alignment

This first all-hands gathering marked a major milestone for Evollabs Tech, aligning its global team around a common roadmap and giving everyone—from founders to new hires—a shared experience and story. The combination of strategic presentations, technical deep dives, and informal activities helped reinforce the company’s culture and its long-term commitment to innovation.

Evollabs plans to build on the success of this event with regular company-wide gatherings, deeper cross-team collaboration, and continued investment in both people and technology as it enters its next phase of growth.

Evollabs’ First All-Hands: When the Whole Team Finally Met IRL

On 26 February 2026, something big happened at Evollabs Tech: for the first time, the entire company came together in one place. Colleagues who had only ever seen each other in video tiles and chat threads finally met in person at the Dubai Internet City conference hall, with engineers flying in from abroad to join the on-site team. It felt less like “just another corporate event” and more like a long-awaited reunion.

Kicking Off with Vision and Ambition

The day started with a keynote from the Evollabs founder, who walked everyone through what the company is building today and where it’s heading next. He talked about how Evollabs is growing, the markets we’re entering, and how our work in AI, networking, and infrastructure is forming the backbone of that journey. It was the kind of talk that connects the code, tickets, and late nights to a bigger story.

He also shared plans for future expansion and growth, outlining how new offices, new projects, and new roles will shape the next chapters of Evollabs. For many, it was the first time seeing the full roadmap laid out, not just their own slice of it.

Axiom X: Our AI Chip Dream on Stage

Next up was the principal architect and team leader behind Axiom X, one of the most ambitious projects at Evollabs. His session dove into the roadmap for developing our own AI chip—a bold bet that could reshape how we approach AI workloads and infrastructure.

He explained why we’re doing this, what makes Axiom X different, and how it could impact our products and customers in the coming years. You could feel the mix of excitement and healthy nerves in the room: this is big, hard, and exactly the kind of challenge that brought many people to Evollabs in the first place.

Networking, Achievements, and What’s Next

Then the CTO took the stage, representing the networking development team. He looked back at what the team has already achieved—projects shipped, platforms built, and milestones reached—and connected those wins to Evollabs’ larger mission.

From there, he turned to the future: upcoming features, new directions in networking, and how our work ties into AI, cloud, and large-scale systems. It was a grounded, technical look at where we’re heading, but still very clear about one thing: we’re just getting started.

From Slides to Shared Tables

After the sessions wrapped up, the team swapped the conference hall for a restaurant in the city. Conversations shifted from slides and roadmaps to stories about how people joined Evollabs, life in different countries, and everything in between. For remote engineers, it was a rare chance to put real voices and personalities to the names they work with every day.

What stood out most was how quickly the “remote vs. on-site” feeling disappeared—by the end of the evening, it was just one team around the table.

Into the Desert: Sand, Speed, and Shared Memories

The next day, the event moved from the city to the desert. The team spent the day on sand buggies, sandboarding, and taking in the landscape—far away from screens, tickets, and email. It was loud, messy, and fun in all the right ways.

The day ended with dinner in a desert setting, under the open sky. It was the perfect backdrop for the kind of conversations that don’t fit into meeting invites: big ideas, personal stories, and where people see themselves—and Evollabs—going next.

More Than an Event: A Turning Point

For Evollabs Tech, 26 February 2026 was more than just a date on the calendar. It marked the first time the entire company stood in the same room, heard the same story, and created shared memories that go beyond project timelines.

The plan now is simple: build on this energy, keep bringing people together, and make sure that as Evollabs grows, the sense of connection and shared purpose grows with it. If this first all-hands was any indication, we’re off to a strong start.
